Are You wondering on which folder should Quest.rcc in Quest_Bug_FIX.exe belong????

It should be in C:\\Program Files\\Royal Games\\RoyalRan Online\\data\\glogic\\quest

How about These files located in RoyalRan_Bug_FIXER:
